Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • We'll arrange pickup of the original item
  • Your new item will be shipped once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. We'll arrange immediate pickup and replacement
  4. No return shipping costs for damaged/defective items
  5. Priority processing for replacement orders
